*use durable condoms not the thin ones advertised to be
extra sensitive
* be sure you use plenty of lubrication and are not to dry this
can cause condoms to break
* wash yourself very well after all sexual contact , not
washing right away gives the secreted fluids a chance to
absorb (this is good for preventing herpes or genital
warts)
* avoid anal sex
* dont have sex on your period
* most of all be selective about your sexual partners

If you mean protecting your self against AIDS, the best way is by not having sex AT ALL
If you mean what are the best way to protect those whom you hired as your aids, hire a body guard for them.

there is no trick to having free sex and not taking the risk of catching aids. there is nothing that exists that will 100% prevent catching aids. the only thing that will garuntee you that is a monagamous relationship with a clean partner, and the partner has to be managamous as well, but marriage is a beautiful thing. a few years of "free" sex then dying of aids doesnt compare to being in love with someone you can spend the rest of your life with. its an easy decision.

Do you mean protecting against AIDS? In that case not having sex is the best protecting, a condom is second best. Remember body fluids transmit AIDS, saliva does not.
