Every question at a job interview really means: "What makes you the best candidate for the job?" Answer every question as if it is that question. Understand?

You can go prepared when you know why they ask that question?
1. to know what is not in your application- example-:the circum stances under which you quit that job-a reason other than the routine one like a better job-wife employed in another place.which you hide- If you quit again they have to do all that process.
2. When all the members have not gone through the entire data in your application.Because the administration ensures all these requirements, they want to asses to what extent you will be a good actor.Whatever you speak their experience and IQ assess your frankness transparency etc.,
3- That is the easiest question for which you can give some reply.
4. If they have already selected some body then also they ask such questions.
any how, if it was decided by God that you have to get money from that organisation they get pleased with whatever you tell.

First of all- the candidate should dress neatly so that the person should look very smart and discipline. for example wear full hand shirt, pants should be long so that the bottom of the pant should cover the half of shoes and wear the shoes decently and well polished
second-get inside the interview room by asking them a excuse
third- get your position when you get the permission from the interviewer
fourth- get well seated on your seat (not half seated on chair)
fifth- replay the answer without any fear as you know
sixth- if you don't know the answer frankly tell them don't know
seventh-frankly ask them to repeat the question till you under stand the question otherwise the answer will go wrong
eighth- tell them finally thank you for the interview
ninth- don't command the company in the premises
tenth- behave decently outside and inside the premises.because you may be watched by the company by Spike

Keep it brief. Just a line about your educational/ family backgroud and then one or two points that would make the interviewer believe that you are a potential candidate for this job. That means, highlight those traits/ strength of yours which would make him feel that this job is meant for you only.
It is a good idea to do some research about the job profile and prepare this answer before hand. Since every interview is a new one, the answer will vary everytime. There is no common answer to this question.

The interviewer is trying to get an idea how you think. The answer you want to give is why you fit the job you are applying for. Personally, if the interviewer said "tell soming think about you?, I would end the interview immediately. If that level of grammar is good enough to conduct an interview, I don't want to work for the company.

This is the most often asked question in interviews. You need to have a short statement prepared in your mind. Be careful that it does not sound rehearsed. Limit it to work-related items unless instructed otherwise. Talk about things you have done and jobs you have held that relate to the position you are interviewing for. Start with the item farthest back and work up to the present.

conceivable solutions: (a million) "Retired. residing on a tropical coastline someplace. A drink with an umbrella in a unmarried hand and a bronze, blond, bikini-clad bimbo in the different." - or - (2) "i opt to be operating for this business business enterprise and getting further and extra duty so i am going to help in making this business business enterprise extra valuable." Or another B.S like that. in case you answer (a million) you'd be telling the actuality and also you in basic terms might want to get an outstanding snigger out of your interviewer for this reason landing the job. in case you answer (2) it would want to also be the actuality notwithstanding this is the carbon replica of anybody else's answer and feels like brown nosing. no man or woman likes a brown noser. solid success!

That's a very good question. Remember that the interviewer is trying to gauge your strengths and suitability for the job in question. So don't meander into your lifestory and your career history and bore him with previous job details. He will shut off. Instead focus on your strengths and skills pertaining to the job in question and deliberate on that. This is your chance to prove to him that you're the right candidate for the job. So focus your answer like that.
