My cat is missing a front canine so his tongue slips out when he's relaxed. It's pretty comical.

Just means she is a very happy content cat. One of my sticks her tongue when out when she gets rubs. Maybe she has a really long tongue!

absolutely nothing cats just do it, kind of like some people do it when they are concentrating really hard
