There is a brand new Greek place called Tino's in South Austin - in the shopping center near the intersection of Brodie and Slaughter (next to Randall's and Twin Liquor). My wife and I ate there recently and really enjoyed the meal.

The Phoenicia Bakery and Deli on South Lamar is also great for lunch and serves both Greek and Middle Eastern fare. There is also the Kismet Cafe (on 24th Street I believe). While I have never eaten at that specific location, I did enjoy the same family chain in San Marcos.
