Touch a strong magnetic. If it grabs your hand-too much iron in blood, use iron free vitamin. If it has no attraction take vitamin with iron supplement.

Without. You can get too much iron. Itll constipate you. If youre feeling weak or fainty, then you may need iron.

it doesn't matter since most multi vitamins have such low amounts of iron and most vitamins aren't completely if at all absorbed by the digestive tract.

because if u take to heavy...it will effects ur health..

if you eat red meat or chicken on a regular basis you don't need iron supplements...unless you donate blood frequently...then just take it on its own with citrus juice (i prefer fresh lemon).
