Water . . ..Lots of Water...drink water until you piss in your sleep. Proactiv does't work for me it makes my skin oily. Water, however is nature's natural cure. I drink water until I don't like it anymore. I urinate it out quickly, and if you drink ALOT before you go to bed (maybe 4 or 5 500mL bottles) when you wake up your skin is soft with a natural glow. Pimples naturally reduce

Proactive does work really well, and that is what I use. A lot of OTC (over-the-counter) products did not work for me. Do not use Vaesline on your face, b/c it is oil afterall. You can use Neosporin to help with the acne, but you may want to consult a Dermatologist. Right now, Proactive will get you a 60 day (2 month) supply for the price of a 30 day (1 month) supply. You can always cancel at anytime as well.
you can go to:
www.proactive.com
Or check out the local malls, they now have a Proactive Kiosk advertisting the products.

You are putting Vaseline on your face??? Vaseline is petroleum which is oil! Don't use that. You could be clogging up your pores. That's probably one of the causes right there.
First of all use a facial wash instead of a soap. Try something by Nutrogena or Clean and Clear. They make all sorts of exfoliators, astringents, etc. Drink plenty of water also. Water is essential for great skin.

Whatever you do don't take antibiotics. They are often harsh and do the body more harm than good. A tried and true for me is proactiv. You can purchase it at www.QVC.com (a shop at home network). If you don't think you'll like that try the Oxy skin cleansing system including the maximum strength acne pads. I use the pads they work great even with some other cleanser. good luck

Your routine probably isn't helping you. Vaseline is greasy and is probably blocking your pores.
Try steaming your face to open the pores then washing with a neutrogena or freederm product. rinse with lukewarm water then close the pores by using cold water.
Pat dry with a clean towel (use a clean towel daily or invest in some paper towels) do not rub, pat.
To moisturise your skin try a non-comedogenic water based lotion. (your pharmacist will help you with this) or try the Vichy range of products.

Wash your face everyday, twice, with a gentle soap.
DON"T use the exfoliator!!! Thatwill make things worst!
Don't touch or scratch your face.
Get some sun, viatmin E is good for your skin.
And avoid, greasy, fried food if possible.

Don't use Vaseline on your face! All it is is petrolatum, which is a substance from the ground. It is clogging your pores. Find a more gentle moisturizer without lanolin, mineral oil, petrolatum, or alcohol.
