I think they'd taste like chicken.
I would prefer them grilled on a skewer with red peppers and onion. Maybe a mild chili and ginger dipping sauce. And a ice cold beer in a frosty mug.

Non of the above, being blue they probably taste like blueberry. Perhaps a blueberry lassi would goes well with braised smurf and asparagus. hehe just a thought :)
