Stability is more important than whether or not parents are gay.

As long as we live in a country which fights for freedom of religion than there isn't anything anyone should be able to say.

My guess it is the ones that aren't willing to step up to the plate and adopt a child who are the ones that holler the loudest about who does.

However....

If you are a gay person in a stable relationship you have chosen a road that will be filled with complication due to the fact that society as a whole still does not accept homosexuality as a norm. Do you really feel it is fair to bring an innocent child into a situation that places undue stress on the child?

I would have to agree with you. I feel that if theres a healthy environment, stability and mutual love among all then there is no reason that a same sex couple couldnt adopt a child. There are so many children in this world that dont have a family to go home to everyday after school Most children wonder if they will ever be loved and why not allow a same sex couple to show that love to the "unwanted" child from societies point of view its bad to allow it. There are so many people whom are ignorant toward this kind of situation. Is there a reason to scarafice the love of a child for a heterosexual couple with the same stability as the same-sex couple? No I dont think there is a reason behind it other then people are blinded by what they feel is imorally wrong in their eyes to what would be the best intention for the child.

The ability to raise and love a child is not based on orentation. Everyday in this world men and woman create unwanted and unloved children. If two people whom love each other without question are able to share that love with a child, then they should be allowed to do so. Gender of each party should not be an issue.

I disagree, I believe in the opposite sex relationships only. If a man wants a child he should marry a woman and make one, if she is unable to have one then they can adopt a child. I dont hate homosexuals, I just don't like them.

I don't think they should be allowed, not because the couple
wouldn't be good to the children, but the thing that will be said to the children, also I don't think children should grow up with two of the same sex.As small children they wouldn't know, but oh my goodness when they are older. What a shame!

of direction they might desire to. i ask your self whether human beings like "Wishful thinking" are additionally against unmarried determine adoptions, siblings adopting different siblings whilst mum and dad die or are abusive rather than provide them as much as foster care, or divorce frequently, all of which do away with the youngster's "appropriate" to have a mom and a father.

My feeling is to each their own. I think they should be able to adopt. There are many children out there who need families. A family does not have to consist of man & woman. A family is what you make it. Doesn't matter if its man & man, woman & woman or man & woman. Everyone should have a choice to adopt.
