My husband and I just celebrated our 5th anniversary, and we met in a bar. We were both sober though, I was the bar manager, and he came to pick up a drunk friend. The music was loud, but he still asked for my number. The next day he called and asked if there was somewhere quite we could go to dinner at.

It's possible but if you meet that person at the bar any conversation that you may have could be clouded by the alcohol. If you hit off the second time you hang out should be at a coffee shop or something.

yes i think it could work cause if its to not work it could be bad even if u meet some one on the streets or any place else.when u meet some one and u like her/him it doesnt matter the place u've met.important is if u get it long with eatch other

you cant really get to know them unless you leave the bar and sit down and have a cup of coffee with them in a quiet setting.

speaking from a friend's experience, usually it doesn;t work, most people just look for one thing when going to clubs/bar...notattachments, just one night stands

You ask them to go outside and talk there..if they want to go shake their booties more inside..they're probably skanks..Obviously they want to pick up drunks.
