Sounds strange I know but I think it must be a nuclear plant!
I had a contract in one at one time and I remember trying to get some of the workers mad!! They didn't ever seem to be moving about a lot!!
One day I remarked that an airplane had flown over to take Ariel photos of the place , but the film was ruined because some one on the site had actually moved!!
They all said "It wasnt me"!!
Cant get much safer than that can you??

nowhere really cos the bloody place is full of lazy poles, and they nick anything that aint moving,if its moving they either shag it or eat it,if ya thinking of coming i would hurry if i was you cos the next wave is all the bleedin bulgarians, and i think them twats shoot first then ask questions later,i reckon the safest spot to be would be the slammer cos the authorities let all the hoods and geezas out after serving a couple of days banged up,good luck fella,
