Mocha Cappuccino Mix
6 T plus 1 tsp. instant espresso coffee powder
3 T plus 1 tsp. unsweetened cocoa
1 1/4 C powdered nondairy creamer, plain or Irish cream
1/2 C plus 2 T granulated sugar
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
Combine all ingredients. Blend well. Add 4 tablespoons to mug of hot water, stir and enjoy.

Caffe mocha made with starbucks espresso coffee for a perfect coffee house beverage! I searched looking for a recipie for a perfect tasting caffe mocha, and could not find a recipie that used my espresso machine and using starbucks espresso roast coffee which it the best tasting coffee for great tasting lattes and espressos. after much trial and error I came up with what I think is the best tasting recipie. I hope you will agree its oh so good and easy to make. This recipie will make one large mocha Cappuccino. Tastes as good as any coffee house beverage. Enjoy!

time to make 5 min 5 min prep
2 fluid ounces of fresh espresso, using starbucks espresso roast coffee.
8 fluid ounces milk
1-1/2 tablespoons of ghirdelli sweet ground chocolate and cocoa powder (can use starbucks chocolate powder)
1 tablespoon sugar
whipped cream
1. Put the mocha powder into the cup and the sugar.
2. Make espresso.
3. Steam and froth the milk.
4. Pour the espresso and milk into the cup.
5. Top with whipped cream.
