Get a recipe for zucchini bread. Follow as it is written and when it calls for zucchini add your turnips . Make sure you put the same amount of turnips in that it was calling for. I wounder if you could do this with a carrot cake recipe? Let us know

If this recipe was only for yourself, then perhaps you could make a dessert out of it. Most people do not like turnips and putting them into a dessert would just be an unpleasant combination.

maybe a turnip and apple cobbler
turnip souffle (kind of like a sweet potato souffle) maybe you could make a turnip pie that is kind of like a sweet potato pie
hint: make sure your turnips are not bitter that you use
