If 10 Righteous People coulda been Found, GOD would not of Destroyed them. Those People had become Evil and Wicked by Sinning ALL Kinds of Sins. They woulda' Never a Turned Back to GOD and Learned to do GOOD. Sin can do that to you.
Kinda like when an Animal that gets Messed Up (ran over by Car) and there is Nothing to do but End it's Life (Mercy, Humane).
Religion has told you that GOD Destroyed them because the People were GAY. That is not True. Reality is that GOD will SAVE (Recreate their Spirit for Them) ANY GAY PERSON. GOD is Just that GOOD and KIND. Then, GOD will help Those People Figure Themselves Out---They were O.K. untill they were Sent to the Earth to be Born. Adam let Satan, Sin and the Curse into the Earth and that Messes Up People, some more than Others. GOD Wants ALL MEN (and the Ladies too!) to be SAVED and Make it to Heaven. Don't let RELIGION LIE to YOU, EVERYBODY can be SAVED.
Just Believe WHO JESUS SAID HE WAS---and don't be too hard on Adam, we'd do it too.

sodom and gommorah was destroyed because the angels GOD sent could only find 1 good man. that was LOT who with his daughters and wife escaped the city but was told by GOD not to look back but LOTs wife did and she was turned into a pillar of salt.the term "gay" never came up in the bible as i know,but very sinful men and women lived in the city and were destroyed along with sodom and gomorrah.it is true that by the blood of JESUS you will be saved from all your sins if you ask to be forgiven but you have to turn away from your sinful ways.that means you can be saved from being gay and the sinful life you lead but after that you cant go back to the old way of life

Everybody can be saved. But you know what?? Everybody does not want to be saved. You just read and see that a lot of people here do not want God to tell them what to do or how to live. A lot of sodomites like their lifestyle and do not want out.
God wants everyone to be saved, but they have to repent and ask forgivness for their sins.
Across the street from my house, there is a man about 25 that is a homosexual and the high school kids come to his house after school and spend time inside with him. This is a serious crime (if they are doing sodomy) because these are 15 & 16 year old kids. That is how they are turned because they are in the middle of handling their new emotions and feelings and this man starts them on the path to sodomy.. Many of these people don't want Christ to save them

It is not religion that has taught us that they were destroyed because they were gay. Rather, it is the inspired word of God at Jude 7 - which plainly states that these people were destroyed because they committed fornication and went out after flesh for unnatural use. Jude goes on to say that they are placed before us as a warning example. That is a sobering thought. And if we would be pleasing to God, we need to take it to heart.

The Greek word here rendered "fornication" is porneia. It is the same word used by Jesus at Matthew 5:32 as the only scriptural basis for divorce. It is the same word used by the apostle Paul at 1 Corinthians 5:1-5.

Porneia - fornication is condemned throughout God's word the Bible. It covers a wide range of immoral sexual intimacy, including, but not limited to, sexual intimacy between those of the same gender. Sexual intimacy between those of the same gender is no worse than adultery or sexual intimacy without the benefit of marriage. But it is still unacceptable in God's eyes.

I know it is hard for many to accept this because people fall in love with each other - even people of the same gender. But romantic love does not excuse just any sort of behavior. David probably fell in love with Bathsheba but that did not justify his behavior in the eyes of God. It is dangerous to put our emotions and desires above the standards of God. That is what put us in this condition in the first place.

God meant for us to love each other in romantic settings and he gave us the gift of sexual intimacy. But he did not give it without any parameters. We must enjoy this wonderful gift within the parameters He has set - or else we will find ourselves at odds with Him. Is that truly a place where we want to be?
