If it's the first kiss that you've ever gotten from anyone on the on the cheek, yeah you can say it's a first kiss, and if it's just the first kiss on the cheek from a certain guy then yeah too. This guy gave me the first kiss i've ever gotten on the neck one time. You just haven't experienced actually kissing, to where you have to kiss him back, when he kisses you yet. But wait patiently for that kiss, it should be special and with a special person.

oh yes it does. Your first kiss on the cheek is very special. They are really the best kind of first kisses next to the small mound of Hershey's chocolate wrapped in silver foil.
