They don't have developers in Mexico to by land to build homes, this is the 21 century and the government can't even make a minimum wage law for their people, they have no sewer system, no road programs, they don't have most of the basic structure to create a good country, some states are worse then others, TJ has some new areas but it is for business not for living. They don't even have small tract homes, or even mobile homes to live in, or any way to get running water, their is just no structure in the country or in the government, this is the 21 century and they can't even wipe their own a*s. So the illegals come here and say viva Mexico, they have got to be the stupidest people on earth. Their government is oppressive and do not encourage freedom to prosper, do not encourage people to build businesses with government loans or government development programs, the government sucks period. And that is the government the Mexicans activists want to take over this country, daaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaam their stupid.

What promotes immigration in any form is the propaganda that this country is just as tolerant as it was before September 9/11.We as a nation benefit more from showing others our way of life and how to live it where they are ,so many of the people who come here illegally have a clear view that it,s not as easy as pie to live here as shown in the silver screen, home ownership should be promoted within the USA.

how can there be home ownership when there are no decent homes for sale and the people there make an average of .75 cents per hour, on top of that the unemployment rate is above 50%. How are they supposed to buy a house when most of the homes that they reside in they can't even afford running water and sewer systems?

That will not necessarily target the immigrant population. Many Mexicans come here and live unsustainable lifestyles and send extra money back to Mexico. This population is convinced that there are not enough resources in Mexico to live a quality life and border crossing will not stop.
As much as I like Mexicans, I really do wish they would stop driving the prices down in this country.

no, increasing wages in Mexico would reduce undocumented immigration. their are many US companies in Mexico that pay terrible wages, they are there precisely because they CAN pay so poorly. people in mexico live so badly because their pay is horrible but consumer goods are just about the same price they are here. the only things cheaper are services (you can see a doctor for much cheaper than in the states) and food. it's a misconception that Mexico is "cheap".

I'm not sure what you mean. Do you mean illegal immigration to the US? I think the answer to the migration problem coming from Mexico is this.

They (Mexicans) need to reduce their large family size so the work force becomes smaller, making laborers more valuable in Mexico. Reducing the availability of cheap labor would force Mexican companies to pay better wages and make incentives to stay there more likely. Decrease the birth rate. It's that simple or complex.

Maybe promoting equal pay as American workers would promote them to stay in Mexico. Mexicans really don't like America or White people, they just need to make a living...like the rest of us.

Very much so. As it is mexicans can have their land or homes taken away form them at will by either the rich or the government.
Ownership of by foreigners is not legal in mexico either, and this restricts a lof of companies from moving there.
When their chances of owning a home is near zero ther eis no incinitive to remain.

You would think, but it doesn't seem to work that way. You would think if they would invest just a little bit in infrastructure they could increase tourism every where in Mexico thereby increasing decent paying jobs and making home ownership possible.
