I think they need to SHOW SOME RESPECT like they haven't been doing in the last 2000 years since they tried to bury Paganism. They need to show respect and get their paws out of that burial site.

What do I think of it? First of all, I'm not at all surprised. The Catholic Church, since its inception, has done everything in its power to wipe pagan beliefs off the map. So, just as the church of St. Paul was built over the Temple of Diana in London England, what's so surprising about crews discovering a pagan burial ground at the Vatican? I just wish they'd ship the Apollo Belvedere statue back to Greece where it belongs! What the heck have they got it for, anyway?

Until the fourth century rome was a pagan empire. The vatican is built over the alleged grave of St Peter. It is believed by some that Peter was deliberatly buried among Pagans so that the authorities would not discover and estroy his bady. It is therefore Logical that Pagan graves should be found here.

I couldn't find the article on CNN, but I do find that interesting. I wonder if it will cause a stir, because the Catholic Church is run like a political monarchy. I will be curious to follow this.
I bet they will use some false facts to promote the Church, because their history is rather calculated than real.
I don't mean to be negative, but monarchy religion, such as Catholicism, tends to be more about controlling the masses than helping them.
Spirituality is an area of free reign, meant to be explored, rather than dictated.
