Not really. 1 medium has 2.6g of fiber. It's suggested that you get 25-30 grams per day, so bananas can contribute, but they're not what you would call a
"high" in fiber.
Here's a good page on dietary fiber if you want to learn more, including the top 20 fiber foods. Eating one portion of some of the best ones can knockout a huge portion of your daily suggested fiber.

Eat at least one banana a day, they are said to contain everything a human needs and they contain all the 8 amino-acids our body cannot produce itself. Bananas are a good source of fiber, potassium and vitamin C;

Yes, bananas are high in fiber.It may be a bit confusing. Fiber is technically a carb - but your body doesn't digest it. Therefore, eating fiber is really good for you, and entirely low carb!

high in fiber i don't know, But it is the cheapest fruit and you get lot of benefits for health in banana. so enjoy banana!

About 2 grams, according to my guidebook. An apple, eaten with the skin, has over 5 grams. Bran cereals usually have the most, as do some supplements.
