for wacht tv in your pc, you need a tv card, there are PCI and USB PCI card are internal and you need to open your PC and view if you have a PCI port avaible, the other option is a USB that is external and the best option if can`t complicate your life for wacht tv in your pc see the resource list whit a list of web sites that can visit for more information.

it's not to get a program,it's to get a tv tuner.we r talking about software n hardware.
