Good Question, the answer varies.

The best answer I can come up with is " Through guilt ". The sales pitch I normally get is " But He suffered for you Sins! Oh the pain and the agony he must have endured just so you can go to Heaven! You bad, wicked person. How dare you not become a Christian."

Christians do try. But it's tough. The pedophile priest stereotype isn't helpful. And then there the hundreds of brain washed pseudo-christian ramming the bible down everyone's throat until the vomit it back up.

The biggest road block is that the Church thinks it's a separate entity from the rest of the world. That it's above the people and there laws. Every once in awhile, they come down from their mountain and preach about " guilt " and ' Hope ". Well, as far as guilt goes, we really don't want any. And Hope? The Christian church isn't the only source of hope.

So, how is Jesus's message being spread? Well, there's television, and billboards. Radio and Internet. Don't worry, it's still here, loud and clear. If we choose to hear it.

George Bush has set himself out to spread righteousness and Godliness to all who are not believers by killing as many nonbelievers as possible. And we all know that Dubya is a good and righteous Christian who follows the biblical teachings. So, most definitely, the destruction of the entire Iraqi nation has to be following the teachings of Jesus Christ.

i don't think of the two one has an extremely stable recognition top now. some human beings interior the call of religion are doing a sprint surprisingly terrible acts of brutality. i think of that killing others who're not your faith isn't a physically powerful occasion of that faith. Or doing issues that replicate undesirable on it like petty agrivations being blown up into death sentences. shows them to be frightening and radical.

Wonderfully. Those people who put their faith in him are doing exactly what he wanted us to do. Those people who walk close enough to Jesus to do what he told us to do are awesome. I am headed that way. Maybe some day.

May GOD richly bless you.
