Crazy Crust Pizza
This pizza crust is GREAT!
1 Cup flour
1/2 tsp. dried Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2/3 cup milk
2 eggs
Heat oven to 425. Grease a 12 inch pizza pan. In small bowl, combine 1 cup flour, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, milk, eggs; blend until smooth. Pour batter into greased pan, tilting pan so batter covers bottom. Bake on lowest oven rack for 25 to 30 minutes.

You could make a bisquit dough using baking powder, but it wouldn't taste the same. Yeast makes bread (or pizza) dough rise, and you can't really do without it.

I'm sorry, but there is no true substitute. You can make a biscuit-like crust from a biscuit recipe, a Bisquick mix or canned refrigerator biscuits. It will hold the toppings, but it won't have the wonderful yeasty fresh bread aroma and taste.

Just make pancakes or crackers, That is what you have if you substitute baking powder or soda and acid like sour milk to get it to rise If you don't like pizza, don't eat it.

puree apples or a banana. you are able to soak chia seeds or flax seeds in water to create an egg replace at the same time as the water receives gelatinous, after 20 min. you are able to also use a million tbsp of cornstarch, potato starch or tapioca starch.

Just make it without the yeast.
Or use some baking soda.
You don't want it to rise too much anyway
