These are easy. Don't forget to have mom there when you handle boiling water

Cheesecake Snacks
It's amazing how much much this snack tastes like strawberry cheesecake.

You'll need the following:
small bowl
1 whole graham cracker
1 tablespoon cream cheese
1 tablespoon strawberry jam
Spread cream cheese on the graham cracker and top with strawberry jam.

Creamy Swirled Popsicles
You'll need the following:
1 small box of fruit flavored gelatin
1 pint of hot water
1 pint of vanilla ice cream, softened
Popsicle molds or ice trays
Popsicle sticks

In a bowl, dissolve the gelatin with the hot water.
Stir in the ice-cream. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
Freeze until partially frozen, and insert the popsicle sticks
into the partially frozen popsicles.
To use ice trays:
Pour into the trays and cover with plastic wrap.
Insert a toothpick through the plastic wrap into each cube.

Sure hun! You might want your mom to help when melting the chocolate.

One of the easiest (and most delicious) desserts would be what you would want.
The recipe, actually, directions, are on the wrapping of a chocolate wafer package. All you do is put whipped cream on cookies/wafers and stack them in several stacks. Then you spread whipped cream over the entire "cake" and chill for several hours. I'm sure you may substitute Cool Whip or other whipped topping for the whipped cream.
When you're finished you have a white log and when it is cut into you see very thin layers of chocolate alternating with whipped cream.

This is one of my family's favorite dessert. My daugher makes it at least 3-4 times a year. It is often requested for birthday celebrations.

Hot Fudge Sundae Pie

1 box Vanilla wafers
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
1/4 cup chopped pecans
8 perfect pecan halves
small jar hot fudge ice cream topping warmed
Line a pie pan with whole vanilla wafers flat side down and line side of pan also. Layer a 1/2 of a1/2 gallon of softened vanilla icecream over the wafers. Drizzle with warm hot fudge and sprinkle with chopped pecans. Top with remaining ice cream, heaping in middle. Place 8 pecan halves around edge of pie so that when you cut the pie everyone gets a pecan. Use Redi whip and pipe concentric circle of whip cream or be as fancy as you want. Drizzle with warm hot fudge. Freeze until firm. Serves 8 normal people or 4 teenagers.

This is good using different topping and ice cream. My favorite is butter pecan ice cream with carmel topping mmmm goood!

Fruit salad: chop any handy fruit (apples, grapes, oranges etc); add a lil sugar and cinnamon over it. Have it plain or mix with custard / whipped cream / chocolate sauce.

Or get readymade cupcakes; slit them in half. Sandwich it with cream, choc sauce etc. Add nuts or candied fruit.

Experiment kiddo....desserts are all about fun!!

heres a cool one called SMORES POPS!
1 bag large marshmallows
1 bag chocolate chips (or whatever chocolate you like to melt)
1 package graham crackers

Crush grahm crackers in a big zip lock bag until they are like bread crumbs.
Place crumbs in a bowl.
Melt chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave (my mom did this part) stirring often until smooth.
Stick a toothpick in a marshmallow and dip in chocolate all the way then in grahm cracker crumbs half way.
Set on wax paper to dry.
EAT!
