Hmm, not much detail there to go on.
I agree with the other answerer who said don't buy "products" - it's a good general rule but not without exception. Read up on what you're buying - and that's objective info if you can find it, not manufacturers' promotional material.
The best advice is eat heartily but absolutely healthily. NO junk food (I don't REALLY need to tell you what junk food is, do I).
Eat lots of LEAN meat and fish and fresh vegetable and fruit but stay off really sugary and dried fruit in quantity (eg grapes or raisins). Eggs are also good but lose most of the yokes as they contain the fat (but pure egg whites aren't delicious, so you need some yoke to make them palatable)
Loads of water - 2 litres per day is good. Your urine should be pale.
AND exercise. Cardiovascular / aerobic exercise and weight training. Don't worry about lifting heavy weights bulking you up - as a woman, you are HIGHLY unlikely to put on muscle bulk but you will put on enough muscle to tone you up and even resting muscle burns calories, i.e. fat.
I think I set this thing up so people could e-mail me through Yahoo, so feel free if you want further info.

That's because you are on an unhealthy diet. Here's an idea: instead of using facny gimmicks, such as liquid diets, try eating a healthy, balanced diet and working out. It really is revolutionary how much weight you will lose.
Idiot.

Maybe its not the right diet for you, it looks pretty disgusting.
Are you getting enough calories on the diet. If you don't eat enough calories in can slow your metabolism and stop you losing weight.

give it up! My mum lost hundreds of pounds on the Herbalife stuff ................. pounds as in £££££! After nearly a year she was lucky if she lost half a stone. Its a big rip off - better spending money on a gym membership or go swimming. You'll feel better for it

2 weeks is not enough time to lose huge, do you take measuring, because scales don't show much but inches do. it also depends how much you need to lose. do you drink 2 litres of water to flush out toxins?
