if he / she is comming from abraod after 3 months to you.. how to make his / her welcome spcial and memorable one ??

It'll be memorable no matter what. You haven't seen them in three months. That's a long time.
I wouldn't suggest throwing a party. Your SO is going to be exhausted from the trip and will want some time alone with you. Make your SO their favorite meal (or order it in), and have a warm bath ready for them. Then spend the night alone together.

I wouldn't throw a party like the other person said..you are welcoming her here ..you want it to be as memorable as possible..be romantic..maybe plan a local honey moon..dinner,music,candles,bubble bathes,whatever you are into..but It should be just you and her..you need to have time together before adding a mix of family and friends ..let them know that they are the most important thing in your life and make the Reunion about them not you ..you will be satisfied by making them and satisfied..good luck

If you haven't seen him/her in 3 months you are definitely going to want alone time!! I'd plan a small gathering with closest friends & family and make it clear they are to be gone by a certain time so you can be alone together. Or meet at a restaurant so you can go home when you get ready to.

Flowers, a nice dinner (home made maybe?, has she had to eat out in restaurants while away?), and a thorough massage if she like those. I love those. Most girls do.
