I suppose it is not boring if you have a lot of your own money bet, but that is certainly not the case on TV. Same goes for video games.

it is astounding isnt it? I like to play poker, but watch it? C'mon, get a life

Watching the pros,and experienced amatures, on TV helps those like myself (I hold my own, and probably make a profit in the long run, playing Texas Hold Em) improve our game.

I'd much rather watch Poker than Darts.
