I'm from Wallingford. It's a nice place to live.

I know the Senior Citizen center has a bus which will take you locally. Not sure of the requirements but here's their info:
238 Washington St, Wallingford, 06492 - (203) 265-7753

As far as getting to West Haven, you'd have to take the C-bus to New Haven and not sure what letter bus you'd transfer to get to West Haven. Contact Connecticut Transit (site below). The C-bus also functions as a limited town bus for Wallingford and Meriden. Half-fare with a medicare card.
