i still need 150 calories, but im not hungry!!! what else could i eat to make my diet balanced/healthy? i am not trying to lose weight, but i am a college student who is just trying to be healthy!

Fruit is an excellent choice. Lots of vitamins, minerals and fiber. Easy, no cooking and portable.

A good protien shake would fit right in!!! Kinda lagging on the protien anyways. One gram of protien per pound in body weight is a good rule of thumb.

thats ok if yr not hungry and 150 isnt that much. maybe squeeze in a banana or something. read tips on healthier dietary needs and more to help you on this site

I would go for the protein or fruit (try protein first though)
