okay its good to eat if your hungry but please dont go on those 'dont eat at all ' diets! i mean its a waste of time! Eat Healthy! i dont wanna sound like your mother but DRINK 8 CUPS(24 OZ.) oF WATER!

okay lotsen im not being mean but u should only eat healthy foods like salads without the dressing or if u do use dressing use fat free and eat lots of raw veggies but only eat when ur hungry dont eat when ur bored only when ur hungry and instead of 3 big meals a day have a couple small meals a day

of course you should eat when you are hungry..if you don't eat a certain amt of calories in a day...for you i would say if you are a man 2000 cals a day and 1200 if you are a woman....your body thinks you are starving and will hang on to the fat.

why don't you just eat healthy? you'll be surprised how much you will loose if you eat healthy..and get some excericise..

South beach diet is awesome for people like you..it really works..

lmao, yeah you need to eat when your hungry.....cause that the only way to speed up your matabalism....but then again a lil exc. would help too. Not every body can be skinny, we are all made in diff shapes and sizes, but dont be greedy.

I eat when im hungry and when i just want to munch.

eat lots of raw veggies. and fruit. i myself use to weigh 340. and i lost weight in 1 year eating only raw veggies and fruit with plenty of water.I now weigh 147. it takes a long time to lose it but well worth it hun i promise. just keep faith in YOURSELF and it will pull you through. if you need any support from a friend e-mail me at strwberridreamz@ yahoo.com

Yes eat when you feel hungry. Get a little bit of snacks when you feel hungry. You should always eat when yuou feel hungry. Do not eat when you do not feel hunry. ok =D peace!

yes of course-starving yourself wont help anything-but make a healthy choice-lean protein,lots of veggies and fruits!
