The number one thing she needs is lots attention, love and affection. She is really young so i would get some nutri-cal..
Why should I use Nutri-Cal? Nutri-Cal is a calorie supplement that provides extra energy in an easily digested, low volume gel. Most importantly, for over 50 years Nutri-Cal has been successfully used for stressed or debilitated animals, those suffering from illness, surgery or whelping, aging animals or just plain picky eaters. Nutri-Cal is Veterinarian recommended and can be used to “energize” picky eaters.
Just made sure she eats good and she will be fine.

Five weeks is way to young to take from her mother. This can have long term behvioural and psychological effects on the puppy.

You need to get a crate, big enough for the puppy to stand up and turn around in comfortably.

Get a good quality dog food, I highly recommend http://www.frrco.com/121668 You feed 1/2 as much as regular local carried brands and it's made of human grade, quality ingredients so the dog poops less.

You need advice on how to properly socialize, train, and help this puppy grow into a well adjusted dog. You are not getting this puppy from a reputable breeder, or even a knowledgeable person.
Please email me so we can try to make the best life for the puppy.

People have already said it but I'm going to say it again. Five weeks is WAY too young for that baby to be leaving her littermates. I would be doing some major re-thinking because she will be scarred for life. She will not have proper bite inhibition, will not know how to properly communicate with other dogs, and will have a host of other problems. If the so called "breeder" doesn't understand this, who knows what kind of health problems you are buying into as well.

I emailed you my concerns about this pup being so young. Check there.
Puppies will pee & poop because that is what they do as do human babies in their early years. This pup should be kept with the mother for at least 3 weeks longer to help build its imune system and become stronger.
It acctually ticks me off that the breeder does not know this.

give the puppy alot of attention. this is a very young pup. you may have to mix its food to be very moist and soft. it may be hard for the pup to eat at first. it is still to young to house train, so be prepared to have a place to keep the pup to keep it from pottying everywhere.
