freecom dvb-t. I've got it. Use it to record tv onto my laptop and then burn it onto dvd. checkout the review which persuaded me to part with cash:

Toshiba usb one... Â£40... need to use a proper aerial, as the wire one you get is best for travel/outside....

as in HDTV?

I'm not sure but I know PCI ones are 100 times better and most USB ones have bad lag
