I'm SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO stressed out 24/7. I cant even control it anymore. Its come to the point where i'll break down crying very hardly in the middle of a class. Its all caused by my evil teacher, and i cant switch out of her class! I cant sleep anymore, and no1 can stand being around me when i'm in such a bad mood. Any stress-help tips? I've tried excersize, but i usually dont have time for it-i only have time to excercise 1-2times a week.

first of all how old are you??? What is the teacher doing to you??? If you have a counselor you should talk to them about this. In the meantime you need to relax- if it is about the homework all you can do is the best you can do, some of the time it is a personality conflict, just chill out if it is, but do not let a teacher control you , maybe you should speak directly to the teacher with the counselor present also. Don't be afraid to let your parents know you are having problems, that is why you have them and they WANT to help you! Teachers are not SAINTS either!

I'd suggest that u try to relax and if possible go to a spa and get massage that always helps me but in the meantime talk to your counsellor or if its really bad go to a psychiatrist and bring your teacher along

You need a combo of diet, exercise and sleep. Check out ( http://www.reducingstress.net ) They have the best content on beating stress that I have seen.
