first of all how old are you??? What is the teacher doing to you??? If you have a counselor you should talk to them about this. In the meantime you need to relax- if it is about the homework all you can do is the best you can do, some of the time it is a personality conflict, just chill out if it is, but do not let a teacher control you , maybe you should speak directly to the teacher with the counselor present also. Don't be afraid to let your parents know you are having problems, that is why you have them and they WANT to help you! Teachers are not SAINTS either!

I'd suggest that u try to relax and if possible go to a spa and get massage that always helps me but in the meantime talk to your counsellor or if its really bad go to a psychiatrist and bring your teacher along
