i haven't tried the pill. but i heard side effects can ruin your face. ...lots of acne....
the best solution for your tummy problem is simple. .... do cardio (run not jog) 30 mins 3 x a week and weight lift 3x week. eat lots of protein, also include calcium. eat 6 meals a day (small) ....also try this book....the abs diet.

thats what my girlfriend uses and so far she has lost 60 lbs.and she likes it,she has used about everything you can immagine and relacore works the best she says.
