Well, it looks to me that he likes you. Boys tend to try to be mean and annoying (and believe me . . . sometimes it really works) just to get your attention. You won't believe what they will do to try to do just that . . . so, keep this in mind the next time he starts acting annoying . . . instead of flipping out, (and I know, that you will probably want to at some point) just give him a sweet smile and walk away. If you are interested in him, show it! Don't hold back. If not, though, just ignore him . . . sooner or later, he'll stop, if you want him too.

plain annoying if a guy really likes u he wouldnt want to do things to upset u he would want to tease u in a good way flirt with u and make u fell like he likes u

There's a simple way to find that out for sure. If he doesn't annoy you, tell him so, and tell him to stop saying that he does. If he does annoy you, then I'd just nod and maybe he'll get the hint and stop.

He's being annoying. My friend's crush was flirting with her one day and the nexy day he started being annoying poking her stomach and calling her a fat-a-s-s even though she weighs 98 lbs. So she stopped liking him.

Go up to him all serious and ask him out to the movies or something. If he keeps clowning - he's too immature to date and move on. If he's been using the clowning as a nervous defense around you asking him out will give him the opportunity to snap out of it and stop you spinning about does he/doesn't he.

maybe he knows you like him and he doesnt like you like that.....or he might like you to but its just a sign that hes shy and wants you to make the first move....maybe you should tell him that the way hes acting is annoying you and that you like him and you were wondering why hes acting like that....
