Buddha has more historical evidence but I believe Jesus lived as well. Both were prophets.

I think the circumstantial evidence for Buddha is pretty overwhelming. A new religion and texts didn't just emerge out of thin air. The evidence for Jesus is less but enough to suggest that he really did exist.

There is practically no DIRECT extra-scriptural evidence of either Jesus' or Siddhartha Gautama's existence historically. In neither case do we possess any contemporary accounts, and in both cases the archeological record is all but silent as regards the men themselves. The indirect information we do have is so completely overlaid with legend that the original historical kernel of truth is practically inextricable. We may as well try to ascertain the historical personage behind the Aladdin legend.

Now prepare for everybody else to argue for their favorite Idol.

Buddha has a graves sight. Jesus doesn't.

So does Mohammed and other religious leaders.

Why hasn't anyone found Jesus grave sight?
