Do Muslims think there is an afterlife for non-Muslims (e.g Christians)? Do they think Christians go to heaven, hell or something else?

Those who believe and those who are Jews and Christians and Sabians, whoever believes in Allaah and the Last Day and do righteous good deeds shall have their reward with their Lord. On them shall be no fear, nor shall they grieve. (Qur’an 2:62; also 5:69).

It depends weather the religion of Islam was clearly conveyed to them or not.
1- if it was : and they insisted on rejecting Muhammad (sas) as the final prophet of God and Qura'n as the final revelation from God .. they will Go to hell
2- If not : God will either judge them according to deeds or will test them again in the day of judgement

its depend on their behaviour , their savor is jesus, and they will meet jesus after death. if they be good person they will go to heaven.
