Or are they the same. Can you also develope birth marks later on in life? I hear people refer to marks as birth marks even though they weren't born with them.

Beauty marks are the brown spots that aren't raised. Moles are the brown spots that are raised. Like, if you were to rub your finger across them you could tell they were there. Some even have hair growing from them.
I don't think you can develop a birth mark later on in life? I mean that's why they call it a BIRTH mark. I could be wrong though?

I would say they the same. I guess a Beauty mark is a mole in a good position that enhances the woman, and a mole is in a place that not look as good, like right under your nostril!

If you like the person they are beauty marks, If you dont then they are moles.
