Its effecting your English a little bit. But you still seem to be able to type with one hand O K.

Well if you do too much of it, you'll have trouble enjoying normal sex without the manual stimulation. After a while you won't enjoy it as much; it gets to be a habit. This can lead to loss of sensitivity, making it harder to "get there."

The only trouble involved would be to your keyboard and maybe your mouse if you are ambidextrous
