What does your sales agreement say about it, if it says that you must trade in on a different one, and you don't want to, and you feel the one you got is no good and was misrepresented, contact the district attorney and determine if fraud occurred, then contact the dealer and advise you will persue fraud investigation unless he lets you return the car. And/or you could picket the dealer's lot with a sign describing problem and solution.

I think that you are going to have a pretty tough time. The fair market value dropped as soon as you drove it out of the lot. As the other person answered your SOL.

Your best bet is to sell it outright to someone else. Or offer to sell it back to the dealer...you'll lose some money...but not that much.

only if it's on warrenty and there is something wrong with the car. other wise your probably SOL.
