For stretch marks - cocoa butter, apply twice daily to help inhibit stretch marks.
For face and body - start using the moisturiser you've bought for the baby. It's good stuff. I would recommend Johnsons every time but I know there are people who don't like it too.

Did you mean facial type creams?
A great all over moisturising cream is aqeous cream (available at Boots and major pharmacies). It is water based (hence the name!!) and has no chemicals in it. my friend who is allergic to nearly everything going swears by it!! Btw, it is fairly cheap too! :)

bio-oil is said to be great for pregnant woman wanting to help avoid all those stretch marks. it's not very cheap but ive only ever heard good feed back about it.hope this helps you.
You don't need to use alot each time and its also very good for helping to reduce scars and previous stretch marks too.
