Saturday, as we call it, is the Sabbath, the seventh day. This is the day we should keep holy.

Exodus 20:8 8 Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy.

For your reading pleasure, here are the pagan names of the week and where they come from.

The First Day: Sunday was named after the Sun god.

The second Day: Monday was named after the moon goddess.

The Third Day: Tuesday was named after the god Tyr.

The Fourth Day: Wednesday was named after the god Odin.

The Fifth Day: Thursday was named after the god Thor.

The Sixth Day: Friday was named after the goddess Frigga.

The Seventh Day: Saturday was named after the god Saturn. (1)

You need to do more reading of scripture. Saturday is the seventh day of the week and is the sabbath day, the day of rest, not Sunday. Sunday is the first day of the week and is the day the Christians in the first century met to break bread and to pray. If you don't believe me look at what day the Jews keep and the Seventh Day Adventists and the World Wide Church of God. Ho and the House Of Yahweh also. Ask one of them when the sabbath day is.

Well, you see today is not the Sabbath. It is Saturday, the 7th day. The Catholic Church changed the Sabbath from the 7th day to Sunday, which is the first day of the week honoring the sun. This also fits into ancient Babylonian sun worship where they get a lot of their agenda from, and not 'true' Christianity.

Sunday is the first day of the week,as in let there be light! Saturday was the sabbath until it was changed by Constantine. The Christian church hasn't obeyed that commandment in what 1800 years?

To enter into God's Sabbaths or rests, one has to be reborn of the spirit and have the spiritual prayer connect 24/7. It is abiding in Christ who fulfilled the sabbaths, laws & prophets.
