I used to be overweight and now I'm a healthy weight. Here is what I did.
1. I asked the doctor if she believed that I was an unhealthy weight. She agreed that I had a problem. Asking your doctor is the most important step because she is looking out for your health and knows whats best.
2. I went vegetarian. This is a good idea because a great deal of fat comes from meat products. I was doing it for moral reasons also so I did not eat fish but siince you are trying to lose weight I would recommend not eating any meat but eating fish, milk and eggs. Get your protein from fish, milk, eggs, soy, tofu and nuts.
3. I started eating lowfat and reduced fat milk. Lowfat milk is better because it tastes better than fat-free but still does not have a lot of fat. I would also recommend drinking organic if you can afford it because chemicals in milk have been known to really screw up your body during puberty, like started it earlier and making it last until your twenties. I think you want puberty to end when its supposed to, between the ages of 16 and18.
4. I replaced junk food with healthier food. I replaced chips with rice crackers, the ones at Trader Joe's are delicious, commercial soda with home made soda (mix juice with a SMALL amount of baking soda, emphasise on small) etcetera
5. I exercise daily. Some days I jump up and down on my bed. Somedays I dance. Somedays I walk in the park. In winter I go sledding, make forts and have snowball fights, which you are NEVER to old for. I swim in the summer. I dance at all school dances. I rollerskate a lot. Just make sure you have fun.
Hope this helped :-)

First of all, if you want a good answer, learn to use the English that they teach in school when you post here. It's cool when you're chatting w/ 13-year-olds, but not cool here.

Second, stay away from the high-carb stuff. Fries, chips, beer (ahem!) and sugars (pop, ice cream) are the worst offenders.

Third, find some exercise activity that you can love for the rest of your life, and want to do every day. When I was 13, I went on to a bicycle camp where we rode 50 miles a day. Now I do 100 miles a day sometimes, about 1500 miles per season. It keeps me sane, and looking pretty good (for an old guy).

My advice to you is to concentrate on learning how to spell correctly and use proper grammar unless you want to be viewed by others as being a pretty and skinny airhead. Your typing and spelling is atrocious. It is not "cool" to type like that. It's annoying and will not get you the responses you seek. Good luck!
