No.Those things must be controlled by a free people in a free market in a free society. The government has no right to control those things, but they are doing some of that now, because we allow them to do it. They will do more of it in the future. They want a bigger and more bloated bureaucracy.

What do you mean by "intake"? Do you mean the government can control how much I EAT?

The government has a legitimate role in "food production," but it depends what you mean by that. There are regulations and taxes and such on the industry. But it's not much different from its role in the regulation of other industries. Your question isn't very specific, so I don't know how to answer it.

you must be talking about the fat police. If you are overweight they want to control the amount of food you eat. What's next, how much you drive your car,how much time you spend on the Internet or your computer,what time you sleep and eat, how you spend your free time. You name it and there is someone out there who wants to control your right to do this the way you want.
