how would they have won by KO,TKO,DECISION OR DRAW? I PERSONALLY believe if they fought in their prime Tyson would have won by TKO in the late rounds 10,11 or 12.

Good question, but I disagree with your answer. Ali was a great fighter we really don't know how great in his prime because he didn't fight during those years for refusing military service in Nam. He fought great fighters before and great fighters after coming back IE., Sonny Liston, a big bruising puncher who couldn't get to Ali, and George Foreman, an even bigger bruising puncher who couldn't get to an older Ali, plus Ken Norton a big puncher and Joe Frazier a bull and a big puncher,(he won a close decision against Ali in Ali's first fight back after not boxing for several years). I think Ali would have frustrated Tyson and probably KO,d him in the middle rounds, 7,8, or 9. If he couldn't do that he would have taken Tyson the distance and punished him, Ali was a master at winning a round fighting many times hard in the first and last minute of the round showing off his skills and impressing the crowd and the judges. Ali was a thinking fighter who could change strategy, while Tyson was a bull puncher coming straight ahead. My thinking Ali easily either way I said.

Tyson was too quick, too strong, I pick Tyson by TKO 3-4 round anything beyond that Ali by TKO.

Ali would pick Tyson apart and stop him in the later rounds from 8 on.

oh and soccer coach stick to soccer you know nothing about boxing Forman and Fraser can hit every bit as hard as Tyson the real skill is not gettin hit something Ali did better than just about any one with the possible exception of Sugar Ray Robinson

Ali would have won. He would have frustrated Tyson so much that he would have got dispirited.
Ali beat Sonny Liston who was supposed to be more fearsome than Tyson because he got in his head.
Tyson, even in his prime got frustrated when tied up. Just look at the Bonecrusher Smith fight. Smith didn't turn up to fight, he ran, held, and avoided anything close to fighting until the 12th round. He then went all out attack and almost caused a massive upset. If a journeyman like Smith could do that (and that was right at Tyson's peak) then Ali would have done it and took Tyson out in the 9th or 10th round.

BTW, on what planet was Tyson Olympic Heavyweight champion? He never qualified for the Olympic team, and if he had it would have been at Light Heavyweight.

Tyson by late KO? Tyson rarely won with late knock outs because he gassed. It would have been a great fight with Ali getting the late knockout like he did against George Foreman. BTW Tyson got knocked out in the late rounds in the first Holyfield fight, against Buster Douglas, and against Lennox Lewis.

Ali would rope-a-dope Tyson and win by TKO in the 14th round

Ali in his prime back in the Cashes Clay days would have knocked Tyson out in 3 or 4 rounds. Tyson in his prime couldn't touch Ali.

ali in his prime just had too many tools. tyson, even in his prime, didnt respond well to getting hit(see buster douglas). ali would wear him down & stop him. late round tko. would be an entertaining fight. my question is, what would have ali nicknamed tyson?

I have answered this question a lot of times. Tyson never beat an opponent that I consider a great fighter like Ali who beat Frazier, Foreman, Norton, Liston and other world class fighters during his career. Tyson lost to Holyfield, Lewis, and Douglas and never beat a true world class fighter which is a fact that cannot be disputed. He overwhelmed overmatched opponents which made him look so great. Ali would circle, jab, frustrate, tie him up, counter punch and use footwork and great speed to beat Tyson.
