My next door neighbor is really hot and he is also a grade ahead of me only because he started school in Hawaii. He is the same age as me. I really like him and i think that by what I know we have alot in common. Can you give me advice in what to do to get him to pay a little more attention to me?

What do you have in common? Interests, right. Let's say he enjoys surfing, do you hang out at the beach with him or do you stay at home and watch reruns of Gilligan's Island.
You do things that he likes to do. He plays football. You go to his games and be his cheering section. If he doesn't have one, then get some of your friends together and make him a cheering section!!!
After the game, victory or consulation pizza... You don't have to eat a whole pizza, just get a slice and a diet drink or some lightly sweetened tea. The idea is to spend time and encourage him.
Whatever activities you have, volleyball, tennis, etc.. If he doesn't normally have time and he shows up. "HELLO!!!" Big sign, he thought you were worth him carving out some time to see you.
Unless he is irretrievably stupid, he's going to pick up the signals that you want more of a relationship than friendship. Sieze the opportunity when it comes.
Best way I know to get his attention unless you just feel like parading around your home naked with the shades up!!! Then it's likely to give him the idea that you are the wrong type of girl for him. It would give new meaning to the term Neighborhood watch. (LOL)

Most teenage boys don't have a clue about how to approach a girl they like--they fear rejection. The best approach is to get together with one of your girl friends and invite him over to participate in a game or something like that. hon how can i put this if he is already flirting with you all you need to do now is just give him a push towards the right direction so he can ask you out. my advice is to dress up in the sexiest most provoking thing you have ,but not slutty and go flirt. this has never failed me.

look at him in the eye then give him your cute smile then turn your back,then if he makes an attempt to talk to you or chase you play hard to get,sort of torture his feelings a bit, in that way if he really likes you, he will be challenged to pursue you,just flirt a bit but make sure you dony look cheap by doing so and good luck
