Was adopted by Lionel Richie and his then-wife Brenda Harvey-Richie.
Is 1/2 Caucasian, 1/4 Black, and 1/4 Mexican.
Biological father is Peter Michael Escovedo. Peter was a band memeber!!!
Her godfather is Michael Jackson - Now thats a "Thriller", LOL!!!

She was the daughter of someone in his band. She lived with him and his wife since she was 3 because the father couldn't look after her and Lionel legally adopted her when she was 9.
