First talk to her,,Then ask for her number...Be charming and funny...I said funny not corny.. If it is meant to be it will happen...If not then move on to the next one.Good luck

Seven steps to picking up a chick in the library. 1.) Pick what girl you fancy most. 2.) Try and see what shes reading or looking at. 3.) Make conversation about what the main topic of that book is (cooking, fashion. romance, etc) 4.) After a few moment ask to see the book. 5.) Pretend to skim through. 6.) Close the book, smack her in the face with it 7.) Yell "***** GET IN MY KITCHEN" She'll be so happy to find a guy that isn't like the others she'll fall right for you. Besides that's what library girls want.

ask her to go out for coffee , if you both get along well ask her if she would like to go for a date but make it a short one as maybe a movie, no drinking on a first date and from there will be you getting the phone number>>>> good luck

The best thing to do is just start up a conversation, if after awhile she seems receptive to u then offer to give "your" number to her, by doing that u will know if she calls u then she has the same interest u did in her.

if you think you are interested in some one walk up and introduce yourself. And ask her if she would mind if you called her to set up a time to hang out or to get to know each other. Shyness is okay but it makes it very hard to start a relationship. So just jump right in there.

just go up and talk to her. and ask if she would like to go out. we are not all mean or stuck up.
