Is there such a thing as a guy being to nice - that it would scare a girl away. It seems girls always go for the guys that are d!ckheads. Girls always say there looking for a nice guy but never take them when they have the chance. So what exactly are girls looking for in a guy. Confidence? what else. or is it just looks?

I really feel for you hun! We chicks are often hard to understand - even i dont understand us sometimes!
Personally i go for guys that i am comfortable with, make me laugh (ie, have a good sense of humour!!) and also turn me on or make me feel special. If a guy has the first two but not the last he becomes a friend. If he has all three, the magic is flowing and things can progress. ;-)
But i'd stick at being nice if i were you. When you get your girl (and you will!) it will be the right one and you will be able to look at the d!ckheads with the one night stands etc and know that you are better than them and have something they will never get.

well theres no such thing as perfect!!! theres someone out ther for everyone.. it depends on the person in wat their looking for, u will get sum girls that want that beach body stunning model with a personality like a doormat, on the otha hand u will get the girls that arent too bothered about someones looks its just the personality that counts and the way they get treated. Really if u can care, love, treat somone and have a great personality and not worry wat u look like (but can make an effort) then u can get anyone. Us girls just liked to be treated with respect and loved.

A guy has to be a range of things he has to be nice in the sense that he will stand up for a girl. be exciting wild in a sense, but also be a gentlemen. He has to be confident sometimes rough a bad boy (which can be very sexy) act mature but to a certain degree and respect the girl accept her for who she really is and most important respect her boundaries. oh he also has to be alright looking, but looks aren't every ting

It's not looks that count, it's the way you act, I don't like mean guys, I don't think really anyone dose, if your nice and kind, and considerate, someone is bond to like you, and just because it's seems like some girl's go for the wild ones, doesn't mean they all go for them, you will find her don't give up, we need good guys out there, it sure helps us to not get discouraged.

Your first problem is generalizing all women & putting us all in 1 category. We are individuals! We don't ALL want the same things. I had my "bad boy" phase. The Harleys, parties, clubs, etc. But when I matured, I found a man who is the exact opposite. My step-dad said "He's nothing like the last 2" My Mom said, "THAT'S THE POINT!!"

Girls r right wen they say they want nice guys....but the guy should be intelligent enough to talk with.....fun enough to be wih.....adventurous and exciting enough to look like a rough n tough man.......soft and caring enough to support her.....love her!
Girls know what they want.........and they dont want a dumb guy.
