nope, you don't tell...after all you only suspect, you don't really know. sounds like your friend really NEEDS a true friend, though-ask her how you can help her.

Don't say anything! It's not your place to start anything...how do you know who the father is when she doesn't???? You'll start something you can not finish and you're going to expect your friend to try to clean up the mess you created!!! Let her handle it. She is the pregnant one. Let her deal with this.

If your not for sure then say nothing and let it come out on it's own. She may have been with alot more than you realize. She may trust you but that doesn't mean she is honest with you. Good luck.

Since she doesn't know who the father is, then she should determine whether she wants to keep the child. From that decision you will know what to do.
