You can use the program you used to burn the cd's to ERASE the RW's... Make sure that car stereo will play RW cd's as well. If they are CD-R discs then they won't erase. They have to be CD-RW discs

The most natural and healthy diet for humans is an omnivorous diet, and not a plant based diet, or a meat-based diet per se. The Paleo Diet can be very widely varied and omnivorous for the most part, but the most important thing is that it’s unprocessed, and avoids the worst foods that agriculture brought mankind… refined inflammatory vegetable oils, refined grains (some are worse than others), and sugar! As you can see, the benefits of adopting a Paleo way of eating can be incredible! I’ve been eating 95% Paleo for the last 5-6 years and I’ve never felt better. I have dozens of friends that have adopted a more Paleo way of eating too, and have seen all sorts of health problems disappear, including eliminating acne and other skin problems, digestion problems, improving brain clarity, and of course, losing a lot of body fat!

To delete files from a CD-RW, try : (1) Click on START (2) Click on My Computer. (3) Put the CD into a disc drive (4) The letter designation for that drive will soon change color or list the title of the CD. (5) Right click on that drive letter and select Explore. (6) Now you see a list of the files on that CD. (7) Move the mouse pointer to the file you wish to delete. (8) Right click on that file name. (9) Another menu will drop down which contains the option to Delete. (10) Left click on Delete and your file will be erased. (11) If you want it back, later, you can recover it from the Recycle Bin.
