It is Christmas.
We can't answer that question for you. Buying a gift is a personal experience. You need to purchase something to fit their personality and something they would enjoy. Don't get them something that will be sitting in the closet for years to come. If you are at such a loss, then send a bouquet of flowers to your mother once a month for a whole year. That way you will have Christmas all year long.

I used to have a tough time with christmas...then I started doing gift baskets. I take a nice basket or box or container and fill it with small things that I know the person likes. For instance. For my uncle this year I bought a small lwicker basket and have put in it a box of pop corn, movie passes, a cd, 3 DVDs, some candy that he likes and a gift certificate(20$) to his favorite store. I get things all through the year and put the baskets together for birthdays anniverserys and holidays. They dont have to be large or expensive either. Just some things you know theyll use and like!
