Can Jesus actually be "Killed", can such mere word "Killed" be use for the act which was brought upon him. The Son of God choosed his death. Some say to clean our sins some say to prove the might above human flesh. I rather express the great Mass Movement he has produced before and after his death

A Son, Healer, Father to all, Man of un-conditional Love, Preached with the heart of free will and more can be said. Many things has been and being done by His Name till now. I see a Jesus in everyone when you Love All and Serve All.

Never take my word to conclusion. Challenge me and seek your experience of a great father "Jesus". There is nothing greater then seeking your life journey by your Choice.

The death of Jesus doesn't make Him less than what He really is, which is God. Actually, His death exalted His diety even more! Who can bear the anticipation of death? It's a very dreadful thing for us human beings, but Jesus did it willingly to fulfill a prophecy. Have you ever thought why He agonized so much in the garden of Gethsemani? Besides, it is God's will that Jesus, though a God, must die like a man:

Psalms 82:6
"I have said, Ye are Gods; and all of you are children of the Most High. BUT YE SHALL DIE LIKE MEN, and fall like one of the princes."

This passage can resolve many of our spiritual queries about Jesus and ourselves. Children of God are also Gods in the sight of God. It's logical.
Offsprings of cats are also cats.
Offsprings of lions are also lions.
Offsprings of sharks are also sharks.
And offsprings of God are also Gods.
By this, we know that Jesus is God because He is the begotten Son of God, according to John 3:16;

"For God sa loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life."

Actually, if we refer to the original greek manuscripts of John, he wrote "monogenes theos" for "only begotten Son". Monogenes thoes means ONLY BEGOTTEN GOD. And He gave His only begotten God as ransom for our souls. Why? Here's an example:

Imagine transgressing a commandment of a human king. It's due is punishment. In our time, try disobeying a high-ranking official and you won't be able to see tomorrow anymore. LOL. How much more the payment for transgressing the Holy comandment of the Almighty God. What do you think is due for that? The Bible provides an answer in Romans 6:23;

"For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord."

And although, we are to blame for our own sins, Jesus gave Himself as ransom for us all. He went through all the sorrows and pain that was really for us.

His glorious act of giving Himself up on the cross doesn't make Him less of what He really is.

Have a nice day.

Two important attributes of Yahweh (I am/Jesus) is that God is both just and merciful. Muslims Often ask me -How can God die on a cross? When they should be asking; "Why did God suffer and die on a cross"? The answer is God is love! Love for us is the reason the Father sent His Son Jesus to die in our place --- to save us from the just punishment for our sins. Because of the Cross, Yeshua/Jesus got the justice, and we got the mercy.

Why would God let mankind kill his precious first-born son? To provide the propitiatory sacrifice for all of mankind, the sacrifice to which the inferior sacrifices under the Jewish law covenant pointed.

This was the only way to make atonement for us. It was the only way to meet God's justice. In order to understand what it is Jesus bought back, one must understand what was sold. Adam sold every human's opportunity to live forever in a paradise on earth in perfection. This is what was lost. This is what Jesus bought back. We now have the opportunity to do what Adam and Eve did not - live forever in perfect health on an earth where paradise will be restored.

See now what the law covenant meant when it said "eye for eye, tooth for tooth, life for life." It means the punishment has to fit the crime. Christ's sacrifice did so much: it showed that humans can be faithful and obedient to death; it showed that there is nothing inherently wrong with God's creation; it showed that man can be faithful because of his love for God; it helped to vindicate God's sovereignty and sanctify his name and it served to give us the opportunity to live forever.

It seems because in His Infinite Wisdom and Knowledge, that was the ONE way by which He could offer atonement and salvation to those who have gone astray.

Why?

God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son that whosoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.

Wonder of wonders, that God would do it.

Marvellous Grace that He did.

Well, God could have stopped what happened by what ever means He wanted however by doing that ~ prophecies wouldn't have been fulfilled and how could we be saved? If Jesus hadn't sacrificed Himself the way He did, there wouldn't be eternal life. There had to be a first in other words, and who better than the perfect sinless Son of God. GEEZ-us?/ Little ole us? All for us, have faith in that, and love. :o]

He wasn't killed~ He was brought back to Heaven, His home, paradise. There's no place like home.

For a newbie, you are diving deep! Jesus is said to be the Word of God, and that the Word was God (book of John) . People had let God down, and everyone was/is unnacceptable. But God loved his creation. Enough to put himself into Jesus, let Jesus be crucified and punished for the world of sin, and pay his debt.

The Jewish leaders at the time, at first accepted Him, but then saw that He was not following their laws and ended up conspiring against Him...betraying his location for the famed 30 pieces of silver..... they wanted Him gone

The Father let Him be killed (and raised Him from the dead.) because Adam bowed his knee to Satan and therefore Satan got the "title deed" to the earth and God had to get it back. That is why satan could say to Jesus in the wilderness I will give you this or that., because it has been given to me. When Jesus died on the cross He not only paid for the sins of mankind, He also got the "title deed" back form Satan. HE is ALIVE and sits at the right hand of God the Father.

Sri.Jesus was NEVER KILLED- nor never can be killed.Christians, because of their conceptual limitations, say sri Jesus was killed.--Only His Soul jettisoned His body and flew off--"Nayaam Boothva -Na Bhavitha vaa- Na Bhuyaha.-Saasvathaha Ayam"=There was never a time in the last trillions of years that sri.Jesus was not alive-nor it can be said that He is not alive today--nor can it be said that He will not be alive in the trillions of years to come-He is Eternal--so where does the question arise that was KILLED?--he only jettisoned his Destructible(Ksharam) body like throwing away a worn out clothe--"Vaasaaamsi Jeernaani Yatha Vihaya"
